| Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Peer mentors are sophomores, responsible to assist 4-5 freshmen in their adjustment to college and honors. They ae required to assist with orientation, maintain regular contact with their mentees, plan and host events, and assist with recruiting events. This takes time and energy that might well reduce the hours they can work outside of school. |
