Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	We are in need of an athletic trainer to cover our home events and to work with our athletes that are injured or rehabbing. We currently try to cover as many home athletic events as possible with an outside company. This company is usually able to cover about one half of our games. During night, late afternoon and weekend games there is no nurse on campus thus setting up a poor situation should an injury occur and there is no trainer present. NJCAA highly recommends a trainer at all events.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	We do not have a trainer at all home games. Our coaches/ athletes and opposing coaches/ athletes are put in a tough situation with huge responsibility should an injury occur.
