Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Currently the women's softball team uses the public field which has presented some safety issues and quality control difficulties. The college maintenance personnel, coaches, and athletes work on the public field to get the field into a playable condition~ using human and fiscal resources and then has no control how the field is used on a day to day basis. There is now way to ensure the safety because it is a public area-
