Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Internships in Mathematics, Computer Science and Engeering disciplines are very important both to gain resume experience and to understand the career paths that exist in the various disciplines. Often an employer will look for intership experience before offering a position to the new employee. Thus far an organized approach has not be used. In view of the importance of these internships, the students in the division of Business, Science, Mathematics and Technology would be well served by such a capability as described. Further, the college itself will better serve the community by offering various companies this temporary help by which they can both accomplish their goals and evaluate possible future employees. Such an office can serve other areas of the college as well.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Interships will continue on the way they have been.
