Level 4 (PBIE Committee)

Information is the driver of all business processes. The ability to capture information efficiently to drive business processes, ensure traceability of information and eliminate points of failure as information is managed throughout its lifecycle are some key validations as to why it would be so beneficial for the Human Resource Department to be able to reach that level of efficiency. Other areas of the college have experienced improved efficiency, enhanced sustainability and greater student ID theft protection. Additionally, there is potential disaster recovery by the document imaging software which provides server infrastructure with security, back-ups and storage in the event of a natural disaster, fire or flooding that would allow for employee records to be maintained if document imaging was implemented in the Human Resources Department.
