For $10,000/year ($5,000/semester) we will engage Catholic Charities to provide staff to regularly visit SUNY Orange to provide the following services: assisting students with finding housing; assisting students with obtaining transportation; helping students sign up for SNAP benefits; connecting students in need with various community resources; providing substance abuse education, counseling, and training; providing legal services for DACA students pertaining to immigration law; providing food for our food bank. We have a designated space in the Wellness Center for Catholic Charities staff to work.
