Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Research has shown that there are many strong careers possible that do not require a college degree. However, some training is still required in some of the more technical trades. We should look at offering Micro-Credentials or Certificates in the following: CAD certified drafter, HASS Certified Machinist, Robotronics (repairing robots in automated factories like Global Foundries or Amazon).
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	We may be missing out on a new source of students, that may also ultimately pursue a college degree later.
