Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Although there are desktop computers in these labs, they are all hand me downs from other labs and are in serious need of updating. In order to keep all stations functional and up-to-date, it is important to replace the desktops as needed. |
Consequences of this initiative not being funded | Students often need to use the computers to write their assignments, especially those with certain learning disabilities. Using the computers also provides an important teaching tool to show students how to more effectively use the technology to improve their writings. Without up-to-date and functional computers, these tasks become all the more difficult. |
