Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	With the expected increase in the number of mathematics courses and students in Newburgh the Resource Room will need a part- time supervisor. This person would work in the lab, hire and train all tutors, form study groups and give small group tutorials This person would need to have at least a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Although peer tutoring works very well a part- time professional would increase the effectiveness of the resource room. This person would increase retention.
