Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Implement new curriculum in the New York State Impaired Driver Program as required by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. New curriculum will also require programmatic changes to software and program procedures. New workbook is $9 more than the old workbook, however, DMV has allowed a tuition increase of an additional $9 to offset the price increase. Additional funding may be needed in Contract Instruction budget line to purchase new workbooks.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	College would lose certification to offer Impaired Driver Program. Although additional funding may be needed in Contract Instruction line, tuition is being increased to offset any increased cost.
