Per discussion with AVPs and Mike specifically, this request has multiple initiatives / requests wrapped into one. We are prioritizing the first item listed (electronic medical records) as a priority for the amount of $25,000. The other items are not included with this prioritized item.

Level 4 (PBIE Committee)

This initiative was not approved by the PBIE Committee during this prioritization cycle because the one component of this initiative recommended by the VPAA to the committee was a component of an initiative recommended by the PBIE Committee and approved by Cabinet in the last prioritization cycle.
