Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Business Management has had a successful intership course/program for many years. This has been coordinated and taought by the Department Chair. Intership placement is very time consuming for both the student and department chair/instructor. A placement coordinator could build relationships with area businesses and serve as a liason for sending students for placement. They could have a list of approved jobs, or have an approval process for jobs that students already have.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Internships will continue the way they are currently operating.

COLLEGE IV: To serve as a resource for economic development to business, industry, government and the community. 1: To expand partnerships with business and industry involved in economic development.
