The Office of Admissions would like to investigate the opportunity to purchase and implement a CRM - Customer Relationship Management System. Currently, the Office of Admissions uses a variety of programs to track and maintain the effectiveness of our programming effors. 

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

The college and the Office of Admissions is in desperate need for a CRM. This will our department to track our effectiveness from when a student first requests more information. The use of a CRM would give us the opportunity to enhance our communication, track our prospect, yield and conversion numbers while also having the ability to review applications online and create a new innovative application for admission.
