COLLEGE II: To offer a broad program of general education so that students learn to communicate and reason effectively; make independent judgments; and develop an appreciation for learning, a respect for diverse cultures and individuals and a desire for self and societal improvement. 1: To increase learning activities beyond the classroom for students including international studies.
COLLEGE V: To enrich the life of the community by providing cultural, educational and recreational events and access to college resources for appropriate community activities. 1: To promote student and community involvement in college cultural and athletic events.
AMP II: Curriculum Change/Program Design b: Ensure an inclusion of the cultural arts, diversity, critical thinking, communication skills, information literacy etc. within the curriculum and programming for the community
