Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Phlebotomy will continue to be offered from the Middletown campus only. Dependent on the availability of the clinical training sites, the Middletown program can expand to accommodate more students.

COLLEGE IV: To serve as a resource for economic development to business, industry, government and the community. 3: To determine the needs for credit and non-credit courses and programs in order to provide job-related credentials and enhanced employability opportunities for students
STRATEGIC I: Develop and implement an Academic Master Plan that guides the renewal of current programs and services, the development of new programs and services, and formulizes the allocation of resources effectively.
