There is a certain apprehension to do work in the area of grants by faculty and staff alike. This is a great area of opportunity. The cost of this initiative will go toward the purchase of videos, workshops and training material. During review of this initiative, as well as some others, the PBIE committee identified the need for SUNY Orange to plan better for the short and long term of having a grant, specifically managing the challenge of sustaining certain programs and levels of employment when the grant run out.
