Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	We need to ditch Accuplacer! If ALEKS is not a possibility for a replacement of Accuplacer, we may need to make up our own internal placement exam. Going this route, we would need a team from the Mathematics Department to develop tests to be administered for placement. To give this matter the attention it deserves, we would need to provide stipends/release time to the faculty who develop and, further, edit/ re-calibrate the exam(s).
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Students will continue to be misplaced.
Department Goals	Maintain safe, accessible and sustainable Mathematics Department facilities that support the learning enviornment, Replace Accuplacer with Multiple Measures, possibly including ALEKS.
