Training workshops will be designed in tandem with employers leading to the attainment of industry wide credentials that qualify students for jobs. This collaborative effort will be spearheaded by a Workforce Development Coordinator, collaborating and planning with local government sources and employers. The coordinator will conduct a workplace needs assessment with employers to determine their needs. |
