We have reached a point in our alumni relations development where we need to outreach more frequently via e-mail and update our Raiser's Edge database to include an e-mail software and online capability for donations, reservations, alumni self updating of address, records and increase e-mail communications capabilities.

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

Continue to duplicate efforts of Communications, Resource Development Coordinator and Alumni Relations Coordinator. We will not be able to reach out to our alumni to invite them to attend campus, alumni and foundation events as often or efficiently. Alumni will not be able to self update their records. Loss of resources in staff time and potential donations if this is not funded.
