The position was originally posted as a level one clerk/typist; the job though has evolved into much for than this.  The grade should better reflect the actual position and the person in the position should be encouraged to remain and grow.  She is integral to the development and growth of the program and handles tasks from recruiting to helping plan the end of the year breakfast and graduation -- plus everything in between.
