We need to re-focus on the plans for the 2014-15 academic year, which were put off to attend to Seamless Transfer and Middle States, and specifically focus on assessing the entire program to determine the appropriate size for the resources provided.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

1 Assess program to determine the appropriate size
2 Return clerical support to full-time status and assess for grade increase
3 Work on infrastructure and personnel plan, including a faculty person in Newburgh and perhaps a part-time clerical person there as well
4 Improve Student Retention
5 Ensure student voice in the governance of the program
6 Work on articulation agreements for transfer
