Supports Guided Pathways and career exploration.
Along with the other recruiting tools, the Career Coach subscription has helped to improve recruitment here at the college, as well as help students determine potential career and degree paths to focus on while at SUNY Orange. While we are trying to market ourselves to students by justifying why we are the academic institution for them, this tool would (and has proven to) help us show current and prospective students why we are the best choice for them. It also will help support our restructuring of program layout and recruitment as part of the Guided Pathways initiative.
