Maintain the most highly qualified full-time faculty in each department discipline at least at current levels, more as indicated by sustained enrollment increases, without drawing from existing full-time faculty. Fill staffing needs at projected Newburgh English Department 3
Provide formal, practical, and accessible training and professional development in new learning modalities, such as learning communities, and in serving special needs students. English Department 4
