SUNY is migrating from this product to another similar one (an improvement) called Article Linker. This is an anticipated software enhancement/change similar to the installment of a new version of existing software.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	This is a modest funding request for a very powerful research tool. If this request is not funded, the library will reallocate existing funds to make the transition.
