Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Our Peer Advising Program provides leadership opportunities to students who serve as role models to other students. Peer Advisor students greet and support incoming freshmen and promote students' self-sufficiency.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	The College would lose a valuable opportunity to help students connect and learn from model students who are familiar with the expectations of college. Peer Advisors are a great resource that can help other students transition to college and connect with the campus.
