Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale | Set up one terminal in each Wellness Center for students to sign in for services when they come to the Wellness Center which will include the ability to electronically sign an informed consent form. This equipment will allow full utilization of the software license we have purchased and help eliminate our current use of having to have staff sign students in as well as still having paper files. |
