Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Set up one terminal in each Wellness Center for students to sign in for services when they come to the Wellness Center which will include the ability to electronically sign an informed consent form. This equipment will allow full utilization of the software license we have purchased and help eliminate our current use of having to have staff sign students in as well as still having paper files.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Inefficient operation of our center and the need to continue to keep paper files.

STUDENT SERVICES MASTER PLAN 2013 Technology Explore, introduce and utilize technology designed to improve operations, enhance communication, streamline service, and increase productivity and efficiency.	This initiative involves adding technology in the form of all-in-one pc's for the purpose of allowing students to sign-in to receive services at the Wellness Center, eliminate paper files, and allow for formal assessment of student's mental health needs by having them complete an electronic college mental health assessment.
