Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	This data management system will assist the OTA department in tracking information on our Level II fieldwork students before, during, after fieldwork. It will also track information on our field sites such as the Fieldwork Data Form, site history, practitioner information, etc. All of this information will be used to satisfy our ACOTE requirements, and reduce the time spent on doing much of this manually. This is something we have to do for AY 2022, it integrates with the new required Level II evaluation tool that will be implemented in spring 2022. This is a fully integrated Electronic system.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	In Fall of 2021, we were able to put in our operational budget line the purchase of the new Fieldwork level II evaluation tool that most all OTA/OT programs are now using. We have been using an approved AOTA form that was labor intensive for the AFWC, now it is an electronic system that interfaces with another program called EXXAT. EXXAT is the program that we are looking to have funded through PIP. I also put in for a grant, but we have not heard and time is of essence. Many colleges already have a system in place and it only makes sense to explore this with the increased technology being used.

Staff to complete an annual professional development plan.
