Reach out to the appropriate Vice President to determine if there are employees in their division who have the time and talent to work with the Director of Grants on such a grant application and if this grant is still a top priority of that division Office of Institutional Advancement 4
If #4 is a yes, then meet with the Vice President of Administration and Finance to insure that this initiative will not be part of the 2017-18 nor 2018-19 budget Office of Institutional Advancement 5
If yes to #5, then work with the appropriate Vice President to select the working group (or individual) for this particular grant Office of Institutional Advancement with the respective Vice President 6
