The mission of the SUNY Orange Office of Capital Projects is to ensure that the College's buildings and grounds and critical infrastructure is maintained and upgraded. The College utilizes a 6 Year Capital plan which prioritizes large scale projects on both the Newburgh and Middletown campuses. The County of Orange provides 50% of the project funding while the State University of New York (SUNY) provides the balance.
