To develop a more seamless transition from ESL non-credit to college credit classes. The seamless transition shall include a plan for all departments to work in unison ( English, Counseling and Advising, Enrollment and Admissions) to assist the ESL student with college entry. This shall include academic support, planning, counseling and advising working together to make the transition understandable and accessible for these first generation students whose language and culture are different.
