FoodTEC's strategic direction for 2025-2026 is to create economic mobility pathways, strengthen industry partnerships, and establish itself as an in-demand workforce development program that creates economic mobility pathways for FoodTEC, its students, and industry partners.  

Year 1: Create Economic Mobility Pathways (2024-2025)
Year 2: Strengthen Industry Partnerships (2025-2026)

2 Year 2026: Build and maintain strong connections with industry partner by developing Employer and CBO Engagement Ladder. Key actions include completed engagement ladder by refining and leveraging partnerships with local businesses.
