To continue fostering a strong culture of customer support increasing IT visibility and support to the College Community.  The Information Technology Department will continue to enhance support and communication with Academic Affairs through the Academic Technology team within IT.  It will enhance students, faculty and staff experience with OCCC Technology by continue the Implementation of the equipment replacement plan and the creation of a robust core infrastructure.

Following the review of the College's Strategic Plan and the Academic Plan the Information Technology group will develop an IT Master Plan which will include new policies and procedures to support the College priorities.
