[Extracted from IPAR Mission]:  The Office of Institutional Research manages the collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of internal and external data relevant to the College’s strategic planning and decision-making process including planning, budgeting, enrollment management, marketing and overall institutional effectiveness.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

# Department Goal
1 To "revitalize" the Institutional Effectiveness [Cabinet] Task Force and/or have the Planning Task Force re-establish the collaborative process to review/revise IE measures as they support the Strategic Plan and SUNY Excels.
2 Collaborate with Academic Affairs, SLAT, and Assessment Advisory Committee to facilitate the re-established program review process, including components, timeline, and support.
3 Transition [priority reports] fully to Cognos with support from and collaboration with ITS
4 Through leadership of Planning Task Force, create process by which College's strategic priorities/objectives, Middle States recommendations and suggestions, IE measures, SUNY Excel promises are connected, implemented, communicated, & assessed.
5 Develop a planning guide [format TBD - portlet, google, etc.] by which departments/units can utilize to access - timeline, tools, requirements, connections, priorities, etc.
