Maintenance

The mission of the SUNY Orange facilities department is to ensure that the College's buildings and grounds are  maintained, cleaned, and in proper condition for the safe and efficient operation of the Middletown and Newburgh Campuses both now and in the future. Department planning is guided by a Facilities Master Plan which dovetails with the College's overall Strategic Plan and the facilities related components of the Middles States Commission on Higher Education, the College's accrediting body.

HVAC

1 Establish a system to replace aging vehicles incorporating eco friendly options.
2 To provide snow removal for the Newburgh campus
3 Provide better coverage of the HVAC system
4 Provide quicker response to maintenance requests as well as complete more tasks in house
