The purpose of this plan is to establish a structured preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance program for SUNY Orange facilities to ensure a safe, reliable, and sustainable campus environment. This plan supports academic operations, preserves building assets, and aligns with NYS maintenance and safety standards.
