The Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) will enroll out-of-school Orange County youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The youth will create education and career goals including obtaining a High School Equivalency diploma, gaining employment, attending SUNY Plus Workforce Development classes, and enrolling in the Military, Trade, and/or College. The YEP staff will advisor and follow up with youth as they participate in each phase of the program.
