Critical Information, Notes, Justification, Rationale	Scheduling the computer labs at the Newburgh campus for library instruction sessions is challenging. This can be the case when faculty request library with a one-week lead time. It would increase the likelihood that library instruction can take place if librarians have ability to offer faculty the option to have a librarian come to their class with devices for students to model library research. The initiative is for chromebooks to distribute to students during library instruction that would happen in the instructor’s classroom. The chromebooks are available from ITS but updating and maintaining the chromebooks will require work on the part of ITS.
Consequences of this initiative not being funded	Library instruction at the Newburgh campus would be less available to faculty and students.

Students are successful in their students when they are able to effectively search through various resources and evaluate what they find.
