Currently our institution uses our CRM request for more information form to capture those students who want more information. Halda is an AI product that provides opportunities to convert our website traffic to prospects. Halda will provide instant information and will meet students where they are by personalizing messaging. 

Consequences of this initiative not being funded

We will miss out on converting students who visit our website to inquiries. Once they are inquiries, we are able to engage with them through our CRM.
