Supporting the implementation of the strategic plan through KPIs ensures that the college can quantitatively measure progress toward its goals, driving accountability and focused efforts across departments. By linking KPIs directly to strategic priorities, the college can track outcomes, make data-driven adjustments to its approach when necessary.  Effective KPI tracking is an essential tool for ensuring that SUNY Orange stays on track with its strategic objectives
