The 2025-2026 goals and initiatives for IPAR focus on supporting the new strategic priorities.  These goals emphasize a data-driven focus, leveraging technology and collaboration to strengthen student pathways, optimize institutional processes, and ensure the effective use of resources. Central to IPAR's work will be the integration of AI and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement, accountability, and the successful implementation of the college's strategic plan.

1 Focus on building the organizational and skill capacity of the IPAR office as new staff member(s) are onboarded and other partnerships evolve.
2 Enhance data accessibility and decision-making at SUNY Orange by optimizing a new reporting tool and data lake, alongside leveraging AI to meet the college’s evolving data needs.
3 upport the successful implementation of SUNY Orange's strategic plan by developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with institutional priorities, ensuring measurable progress and accountability across all areas of the college
