As we look ahead to the 2025-2026 academic year, the Center for Student Success (CSS) is excited to enhance and expand its support services to meet the evolving needs of our student community. This plan focuses on strengthening resources, embracing innovative technologies, and fostering a holistic approach to student success.

At CSS, we prioritize supporting students from their initial transition to college through to the successful completion of their degrees. Our mission aligns with SUNY Orange’s commitment to offering accessible, inclusive, and holistic support tailored to the diverse needs of our student body. For the upcoming year, we aim to address critical gaps in resources, including funding for books, smart boards, and other essential tools to enhance learning and tutoring experiences.

3	Strengthen partnerships with academic and student services departments to streamline processes, maximize resource utilization, and ensure cohesive support for students across all programs.
4	Identify and address barriers to access for underrepresented student groups by tailoring support programs to meet diverse needs and fostering an inclusive environment within CSS services.
5	Utilize data analytics to inform program improvements, monitor student retention trends, and design targeted interventions that address specific academic and support needs.
6	Expand professional development opportunities for tutors, coaches, and staff to cultivate a growth mindset, promote diversity in practice, and support a positive and collaborative work environment.
