Each year we take our job of teaching the future teachers of our region very seriously.  In this upcoming year we plan to continue to increase our students' chances for success. Key to this process will be continuing our assessment efforts both at the course level and at the program level. We will also target improving the resources our students have as via the Lab School,  instructional technology, and textbooks, as well as improving their transfer opportunities. We have set our goals high because we know that our students and their future careers in education are crucial to our society's betterment.

1 Increase and improve transfer options for SUNY Orange education students.
2 Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our programs through assessment activities.
3 Increase collaboration with the Lab School to foster alignment with the education department's philosophy and curriculum.
4 Provide our students with key resources necessary for their successful completion of our programs and in the workforce.
