The Information Technology Services (ITS) department is committed to delivering secure, reliable, and integrated technology solutions that support both academic and administrative objectives while upholding a high standard of customer service excellence. In alignment with this mission, we will:

• Collaborate with the College community to assess and understand the evolving technology needs of faculty, staff, and students.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the effective integration and utilization of emerging technologies.
• Exhibit operational and technical excellence by fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement in all services and initiatives.
• Strengthen and advance our cybersecurity posture to further safeguard the College’s technological infrastructure.

This year, the ITS department will continue its focus on standardizing the end-user experience, while concurrently enhancing back-end systems to ensure a more stable, integrated, and resilient core platform. Each initiative will align with the College’s Strategic Plan and reflect our mission to drive institutional success through innovative and effective technology solutions.
