The SUNY Orange Plus division aims to enhance workforce development by expanding industry-aligned training programs, increasing certifications, and fostering work based learning. Strengthening partnerships with local employers, securing funding, and establishing advisory boards will ensure curriculum relevance and job placement success. The division prioritizes student success through career counseling, flexible learning options, and upskilling opportunities while promoting equity by increasing access for underserved populations and offering support services. Embracing technology will allow us to integrate emerging trends, develop digital learning platforms, and use data analytics to track outcomes. Additionally, the division will leverage new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and public-private partnerships, to drive innovation and ensure long-term financial sustainability. By launching new programs in high-demand sectors and implementing strategic growth initiatives, SUNY Orange Plus Workforce will become a self-sustaining entity that fuels regional economic development and career advancement.
