The Center for Student Involvement would like to expand its focus on the quality and quantity of involved students and clubs. The department would like to begin work on creating spaces on campus designated for students. We also hope to restructure office staffing to meet the involvement needs of our unique and diverse student population.

Department Goals

Specific things the department wishes to achieve or accomplish this academic year.

# Department Goal
1 Create an established and expanded student space on campus for club meetings, student comfort/lounging, events, and game room.
2 Restructure Center for Student Involvement staff/personnel including a new job description and replacement for the Coordinator role and adding an Assistant Director role to meet the needs of our students.
3 Increase the number of clubs on campus, currently 25, to 30 through collaboration with departmental partners, faculty and staff, and students.
4 Implement internship program to cultivate a growth opportunity for interested and eager new professional.
