The Workforce Development CAPE Plan program incudes three Goals supported by initiatives that include:

1) Establishing a pipeline to the College from Its HSE Program

2) Establishing a pipeline from programs offered at Orange Ulster BOCES

3) Establish a network of remedial outreach centers in high impact areas to further enhance the improved academic success of community residents and stimulate the path of its residents to the College.
